I recommend the N64 emulator "Project64", and it should be easy to find Super Smash Bros. I won't link directly to the website here because it contains arguably pirated material, but there is a site called "coolrom" that hosts emulation software and games. Most computers built in the last several years are capable of emulating N64 games at full speed.
